One of the greatest barriers to homeownership in Native communities is down payment assistance. We’re proud to present a solution during this webinar: the Native American Homeownership Initiative (NAHI). Through NAHI, more than $7 million in down payment assistance and closing costs have been distributed to help Native families purchase their homes.

We invite partners and friends at Native CDFIs, Tribal Housing Authorities, and Native non-profits to join Oweesta and FHLB Des Moines on December 17 at 1:00pm MT to learn more about:

• Unlocking funding opportunities available to potential homebuyers
• How financial institutions, Native communities, and CDFIs are partnering to increase lending
