Today the Oweesta Corporation in conjunction with the Native Learning Center held a panel discussion focused on the topic, How to Hold Engaging Virtual Trainings. This panel consisted of expert training in the field who are currently focusing on delivering professional and remarkably engaging virtual trainings to all in Indian country. This training focused on converting many of the in-person training skills and techniques to those based in a virtual setting of vlogs, podcast, and of course, interactive online webinars. This was an excellent opportunity for our very own Training & Development Specialist, Krystal Cedeno to increase and level up her abilities with tried and true training enhancements in the virtual setting. It was a great experience for all involved.
