NATIVE LEARNING CENTER WELCOMES NEW TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST!
Hollywood, FL June 11, 2021 – The Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Native Learning Center, is proud to announce Coralys Roman Anthony as the new Native Learning Center’s Training and Development Specialist. Coralys Roman Anthony will be responsible for assisting with webinar & virtual trainings, provide support to those in Indian country, as well as general training responsibilities.
Coralys was recruited at the Native Learning Center team from her previous position of Curriculum Specialist-Educator for Seminole Tribe of Florida since 2020. There, she developed and implemented curriculum and training strategies to achieve organizational goals of 85% mastery in state-mandated exams. In addition, she managed classes during a 9-week session comprising over 250 hours of instruction and created learning objectives for 100 participants. Lastly, during this past year, she guided her team in the successful transition to virtual learning.
Coralys Roman Anthony completed her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2019. Since her graduation, she worked full and part-time as a curriculum specialist, Instructional Coach, and ELA Content Contributor.
