Training Sessions – Tribal Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (Tribal HUD-VASH) Expansion Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

Dear Tribal Leader:

On January 15, 2021, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) published the NOFO for the Tribal HUD-VASH Expansion Program. The NOFO announced the availability of approximately $3.2 million for competitive grants to eligible Indian tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs). In Round I, HUD awarded $1,021,818 in funding. On November 2, 2021, HUD re-published the NOFO to award the remaining $2,212,614 in funding (Round II). Applicants have until 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on January 18, 2022, to submit an application. The Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) will host a training webinar to review the NOFO and the application process, as well as address your questions. It will be held December 7-8, 2021, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. ET.
