This webinar session will reinforce the value of program planning, and will be particularly useful for tribal housing professionals and emerging Native American professionals interested in tribal government, housing, community development, and land use. The purpose of the session is to remind tribal housing professionals of their role in ensuring their tribal housing program is well aligned with tribal priorities, funding objectives, and other resources available to them as a tribal organization.

Participants will have an improved awareness of roles, responsibilities, authorities, and obligations, and share tools to evaluate program effectiveness, identify root cause problems, assess capacities, and outline needs. Participants will leave the session with enhanced understanding of their program and have key tools that can be used to enhance administrative capacity, improve program function, develop measurable indicates, and demonstrate program effectiveness.
