In the free, one-hour training, we will discuss a financing tool — unfamiliar to most — that can provide funding for tribal housing and infrastructure development up to five times the Need portion of the formula allocation through a 95% loan guarantee from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We’ll also explain how the Affordable Housing Program and the Capital Magnet Fund can provide supplemental funding through grants for your affordable housing and economic development projects.
